Rab: British Expertise Serving Mountain Enthusiasts

Rab is a leading brand for high-altitude adventurers. Specializing in technical apparel, Rab offers a complete range of winter jackets, ski pants, and beanies designed to withstand the most extreme conditions. Whether for mountaineering, ski touring, or polar expeditions, Rab delivers reliable, durable, and high-performance protection.

A Story Forged in the Alps and Himalayas

Founded by mountaineer Rab Carrington in the 1980s, the brand was born from a real need: to create clothing capable of withstanding the rigors of the world’s highest peaks. Since then, Rab has remained true to its authentic roots, developing products tested in the field by athletes and mountain guides.

Cutting-Edge Textile Technologies for Extreme Conditions

Rab incorporates the latest materials and technologies to ensure warmth, breathability, and lightness:

  • GORE-TEX®: Waterproof and windproof membranes used in several winter jackets and pants models, providing maximum protection against the elements.
  • Pertex® Quantum and Shield: Ultra-lightweight, abrasion-resistant fabrics, perfect for compressible outer layers and insulating garments.
  • TILT™ Technology (Thermo Ionic Lining Technology): A reflective lining that enhances heat retention without adding weight.
  • Recycled PrimaLoft® insulation and RDS hydrophobic down: For lasting warmth, even in wet conditions.

Apparel Designed for Performance and Freedom of Movement

Rab’s ski pants are engineered to offer exceptional freedom of movement, with articulated knees, stretch fabrics, and strategic ventilation. The beanies and mid-layers complete your gear with style and efficiency, ensuring optimal thermal protection in any situation.
