An American tradition that began in the 1950s, Black Friday gets its name partly from the heavy traffic on the roads and in stores. This Friday, after American Thanksgiving, has become the perfect day to go to stores and do Christmas shopping. Retailers therefore began offering discounts on this day, which gave rise to the Black Friday we know today.

Most Black Friday discounts begin on November 25 in store and online.

Most Black Friday deals end December 2 in-store and online.

Cyber Monday discounts are exclusive to Monday, December 2nd.

Most in-store products will be on sale for Black Friday. Discounts may vary between in-store and online.

• No refunds will be issued from Thursday, November 28 until Monday, December 2.
• No price adjustments on in-store layaways.
• If you purchase a product in-store or online and see the same item (model, color, year) discounted during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday period, you have 15 days from the date of your purchase to come into the store or contact customer service via support@oberson.com for a price adjustment. The refund of the difference will be in the form of a gift card.
• Returns and refunds after purchase are still possible for up to 45 days, on new merchandise, with the exception of the dates mentioned above.

Given the higher volume of online orders, delivery times may be a little longer as all carriers are very busy.
