RULES AND CONDITIONS
“Ski Big White Ski Resort, Get Equipped with Elan” Contest
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary. To participate and be eligible to win, the participant must reside in Canada and be over 18 years of age. The contest begins on November 10, 2025 and ends on November 30 (at 11:59 PM EST). The draw will take place on December 1, 2025 (at 9 AM EST), at Oberson Laval located at 1355 Blvd des Laurentides, Laval. The winner will have 7 days to accept their prize, after which a new draw will be held to select another winner.
Employees, representatives, and/or agents (and/or those residing at the same address as such an employee, representative, or agent, whether related or not) of Oberson, Big White Ski Resort, and Elan are not eligible.
By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read the official Contest rules and agree to comply with them. Fields on the form marked with an asterisk or otherwise indicated as mandatory must be completed to enter the Contest. Other requested information is useful, but not mandatory to enter the Contest.
Limit of one entry per person for the entire duration of the Contest. Any person who enters or attempts to enter more than once or uses a robotic, automatic, mechanical, electronic, or other unauthorized duplication method as per these rules will be considered to have attempted falsification or manipulation, which will automatically result in their disqualification.
No entries will be accepted after the deadline for any reason whatsoever. Entries received after a set deadline will be rejected.
REGISTRATION
To register, participants must fill out the contest form, read the procedures, enter their information, and follow all steps until confirmation. When the participant submits an entry, they irrevocably agree that their information will be transferred to Oberson and Big White Ski Resort. Entries are limited to one entry per person. Additional registrations will be disqualified. An individual cannot use more than one email address to register for the contest.
CONTEST DESCRIPTION
PRIZE
The winner will receive:
5 nights of accommodation (condo);
A $1500 flight credit;
2 lift ticket packages for 4 days of skiing;
Transfers between the airport and the resort;
An Elan ski set of your choice including skis, bindings, boots, poles, and helmet;
A $500 Oberson gift card to complete your equipment.
Not included in the travel prize are, among others:
Meals other than those mentioned, particularly during travel;
Travel, medical, and/or cancellation insurance fees;
PRIZE CLAIM
The winner will be put in contact with Elan and Big White Ski Resort to book their stay and claim their prize. The winner must agree to receive communications from Oberson and Big White Ski Resort for the purposes of booking and travel.
The winner will be chosen randomly using an automated system. The winner's name will be displayed on the contest page. The winner will also be contacted by email and phone and must submit proof of Canadian residency. The winner must respond to the email or call within 7 days of its dispatch. If the winner does not respond within this period, they automatically forfeit their prize, and in this case, the prize will be awarded to another person.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By accepting a prize, each winner and their guest, if applicable, releases the Beneficiaries from all liability, obligation, claim, action, damage, demand, means of action, cause of action, lawsuit, debt, duty, account, bond, agreement, warranty, indemnity, fine, legal costs, contract or liability of any nature whatsoever arising from or related to the acceptance and/or use of the prize, including, but not limited to, any injury, illness, death or damage to property or loss of property. Each winner and their guest, if applicable, acknowledges that upon receipt of the prize, the obligations related thereto become the responsibility of the service and product providers comprising the prize, within the limits of applicable law.
Big White Ski Resort Conditions
This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Not for resale online or on any other platform. If airfare is included in your prize, please note that no refunds, credits, or cash equivalents will be issued if the full value of the airfare credit is not used. All applicable taxes are included. Your package is valid for the 2025–2026 winter season, with the exception of the following periods: December 19, 2025 to January 2, 2026, February 13 to 19, 2026, and March 13 to 21, 2026. Valid until the end of the 2025–2026 winter season. Subject to availability. The hotel reserves the right to limit reservations at any time. Please note that a limited number of complimentary packages are accepted each week. Prize-related bookings will be accepted starting October 1, 2025.
