Long, sturdy Velcro straps on 3 of the 4 sides of the bag ensure easy, secure installation on the luggage rack. The mesh pocket on the top of the bag is designed to hold the charger when repositioning the bike inside a garage, for example. The grommet ensures safe cable management, and the mesh prevents the charger from overheating.
