Lens technologies
- Spherical Polycarbonate Lens - A lens with both a horizontal and vertical curve to improve peripheral vision. This reduces the effect of distortion in the lens and reduces glare and fogging.
- Optimum Lens - A type of lens that features Permashield Hardcoat and Everclear Anti-Fog technologies. It provides 100% protection from UVA, UVB and UVC rays. Optimum color filtration provides perfect clarity and enhances colors for clearer vision. Optimum lenses also have an oleophobic and hydrophobic coating to prevent moisture and fingerprints from remaining on the lens.
- Everclear Anti-Fog - A hydrophilic infusion that can't be wiped away. The treatment dissipates moisture by flattening the angle of contact with water and maximizing surface energy. This prevents condensation from building up and ensures clear vision. This treatment resists fogging for over 220 seconds - twice the industry standard.
- Permashield Hardcoat - Lens surface treatment for superior scratch resistance. Permashield Hardcoat adheres to polycarbonate and is UV cured for increased adhesion and longer lasting protection.
