Sava was founded in 2005 in Sindelfingen, Germany, with a clear goal: pushing the boundaries of cycling through innovation. The company first established itself in Southeast Asia, where it focused its initial production and sales activities. From the start, Sava bet on carbon fibre, an ambitious move that would define the brand. It has developed extensive expertise in designing and manufacturing high-performance frames, while maintaining control over the entire production chain. The direct approach and progressive design were game changers. True to its motto—"Beat the Current Technology"—the brand continues to evolve with German precision and an obsessive attention to detail.

Sava continues to invest in innovation. In the summer of 2024, it opened a brand-new, cutting-edge 130,000 m² facility staffed with more than 500 engineers and technicians. Thanks to advanced production lines, a patented electrostatic painting process, and an annual capacity of 600,000 carbon wheels, Sava has strengthened its position as a technical leader in the industry. The facility reflects the brand’s commitment to creating a healthy work environment and running sustainable operations. Every day, its R&D team hews to another of the company’s mottos, striking to create “the fastest, best, and coolest bike.”

Technologies

Toray T800 Carbon
For some models, such as those in the Vindur series, Sava uses T800 carbon fibre from the Japanese company Toray, which is renowned for its exceptional quality. This material strikes a remarkable balance between lightness, stiffness, tensile strength, and dampness. The result is a comfortable bike with outstanding power transfer.

Electronic Di2 Shifting
A number of Sava models feature Shimano’s Di2 system, known for its fast, precise electronic shifting. Even when climbing or under a heavy load, shifting is instant with just the press of a button.

Automated Electrostatic Painting
The company paints its frames using an automated electrostatic process for a uniform, high-quality finish.
